An all-in-one platform that helps restaurants and retail stores run their day-to-day operations — orders, sales insights, customers and digital menus — from a single dashboard. Built and launched from scratch as an independent product.

AI-Powered Event Management SaaS

Client project

A platform for organising events and managing their communications, with generative AI woven throughout to draft content, review submissions and surface insights — cutting the manual, repetitive work teams usually face.

Retail Stock Intelligence Platform

Client project

A decision tool that tells retail teams where to move stock — across physical stores and online channels — to sell more and avoid dead inventory, replacing slow manual spreadsheet analysis with automated, adjustable recommendations.

E-commerce Subscription Platform

Client project

A subscription experience for a B2C online store: customers subscribe to products and receive them automatically on a recurring schedule, with recurring billing and order fulfilment handled end to end.

Group Travel Agency Website

Client project

The website and booking platform for a group-travel agency, where travellers browse tours and destinations and book and pay for trips online, with the full reservation and notification flow automated.

2025 — Present

Freelance Consultant & Full Stack Developer

Independent

Building and launching SaaS products from scratch and delivering full-stack work for clients across sectors — covering product design, architecture, and end-to-end development:

  • Designed an AI-powered event-management SaaS with 12+ autonomous LLM agents, an AI report-generation pipeline, and a real-time token-cost dashboard (Laravel, Livewire, OpenAI).
  • Built a retail stock-intelligence platform with a mathematical redistribution engine and an async Excel ETL pipeline, replacing manual inventory workflows (Laravel, SQL Server).
  • Integrated a subscription and recurring-order engine into a B2C storefront on Salesforce Commerce Cloud — GraphQL subscription platform, Stripe billing, plus external fulfillment and marketing/CRM sync.
  • Delivered a group-travel agency website and online booking system on WordPress with custom Elementor widgets, multi-gateway payments, and automated SMS notifications.

Solution Architect & Full Stack Developer

OSF Digital

Architect and full-stack developer on 10+ Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C storefronts for international fashion, retail, sports, beauty and pet-care brands. As solution architect: defined integrations, architecture and technical requirements, ran performance analysis, gathered requirements with clients, led go-lives to production, and led enterprise re-platforming and migrations to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. As full-stack developer: built front-end and back-end on both SiteGenesis and SFRA, integrated third-party APIs (payment gateways, couriers), and ran Business Manager operations — catalogs, promotions and campaigns.

Built three Vue.js web applications for a medical platform, including a WeChat mini-app for patient appointments and payments via WePay, a diagnostic platform, and a reception system.

Developed an industrial management platform for tobacco factories with 3D machinery visualisation using Three.js, PHP/CodeIgniter backend, and hybrid mobile apps for iOS and Android.
